ARC SQL enable Azure Dashboard

This code will demonstrates how to deploy the [SQL Server Instances.json] to Dashboards.

How to Deploy

Sign in to Azure Portal
From the Azure Portal menu, select Dashboard. Your default view might already be set to dashboard.
Select Upload.
