Before you begin
To run this sample, you need the following prerequisites.
Software prerequisites:
- SQL Server 2016 (or higher)
- Java
- Apache Maven
- A text editor
Run this sample

From your favorite text editor, open the App.java file and update the connection string username and password with your own.

From your terminal, build the project and jar by performing the following command:
mvn package -
Run the program by performing the following command:
mvn -q exec:java -Dexec.mainClass=com.sqlsamples.App.java -
Repeat the above steps for any of the three samples provided.
