c97330e108 Update README.md to include warning about Make version on MacOS 
As explored in https://github.com/bebbo/amiga-gcc/issues/351, certain GNU Make versions seem to cause linking issues when building projects. Using a newer version (from brew, for instance) fixes the problems.
