The rint function rounds the argument to the integral value. Used for
example in the Ogg Vorbis libraries.

- Added h_strerror() function to libnet.a; there's a global 'h_errno'
variable available, too.
- <signal.h> now defines a type 'sig_t'.
- <unistd.h> now allows the 'fd_set' type to be referenced as
'struct fd_set', too.
