[tboeckel]: when compiling amiga_rexxvars.c for m68k/OS3 the GetRexxVarFromMsg()

Browse Source 
and SetRexxVarFromMsg() will not be used and therefore not cause linkage errors
with our libamiga.a stubs anymore.
