c.lib 1.171 (16.8.2004)

- Added "math_hypot.c"

- The 68k build makefile now builds the vfprintf/vfscanf functions
  with %lld/%llu support.

- Split the release notes file into changes and actual release notes,
  which may overlap but differ in technical content.
