- Added <fenv.h> for C99, and the (yet unimplemented) functions

Browse Source 
feclearexcept(), fegetenv(), fegetexceptflag(), fegetround(),
  feholdexcept(), feraiseexcept(), fesetenv(), fesetexceptflag(),
  fetestexcept(), fetestround() and feupdateenv().

- Replaced the old pow() implementation. However, powf() may need to
  be changed to set a domain error.
